Annual State Conference 2009
30 – 31 July 2009
Represents the interests of Victorian perioperative nurses at government level. Through support of research activities, aims to improve the standard of perioperative nursing care and improve patient outcomes. Through the state annual conference, country conference and education activities, works to improve the quality of perioperative care.
As a member of the Australian College of Operating Room Nurses (ACORN)* represents Victorian nurses at the national and global policy and practice arenas.
Become a member of the VPNG committee
We currently have one vacancy on our committee for a member to gain experience in promoting perioperative nursing in Victoria and to identify issues in perioperative nursing that can be addressed by the committee.
The committee meets once a month at St Vincents Hospital or Rural and Regional members can make arrangements for teleconferencing to the meeting.
