The Judith Bridges Johnson & Johnson Scholarship
The scholarship for studies by perioperative nurse at higher degree level is named for past President of VPNG (2006-2007) Judith Bridges. Judith was an advocate for the expanded practice of perioperative nurses and collaboratively established this award with the sponsorship of Johnson and Johnson.
Sr Mary Felix and June Allen Scholarships
Sr Felix and June Allen are inaugural members of the Theatre Sisters Section of the Royal Victorian College of Nursing. VPNG is honoured to name scholarships for postgraduate studies in perioperative and perianaesthesia nursing, to honour their achievements in the development of the nursing profession.
Marea Fennell Scholarship
The Postgraduate Management Scholarship is named after an esteemed Life Member of VPNG — Marea Fennell. The inaugural scholarship, commemorates the 50th Anniversary of VPNG.
Travel Grants
VPNG is able to provide a limited number of travel grants to Victorian perioperative nurses who wish to travel interstate or overseas to conferences that pertain to perioperative nursing.
